Imagine, there are security guards around, receptionist that are always please to help you, restaurant and stores at the first two floors for some and a lot more. You can have all of these with much less than you will spend to have a luxurious house. Condo living feels like living in luxury in an instant and at the comfort of your own budget!

Swimming Pools

Building swimming pools cost you a lot and with condo living, you can use the swimming pool as much as you want. It is like having your own swimming pool! Isn’t it great?

Sports Amenities

What I really love about our condominium development is that it has basketball and badminton courts. These sports amenities helped me to enjoy my off time, developing my craft and personality. I play with our neighbors and other co-owners, which I think, help us to have good relationships. Having these kind of amenities feels like I have a big name in sports!

Fitness Gym

Yes! You have your own gym at the comfort of your own home. Imagine, you do not need to cross the street in order to go to the gym and lift weights. You’ll just need to ride the elevator and poof! You’re on the gym ready to burn some fats!

Our community has playgrounds for kids! Yeah! Though, I have no kids yet, I saw my neighbors who let their kids play on the playground, which helps the kids, I believe, to nurture their mind, body and stamina. Also I saw how kids developed their friendships as well as their guardians. Living in a condo is like having a mini-community.

Peace and safety

This is the most important thing for me regarding condominium living. You are secured 24 hours, 7x a week and 365 days a year. There are CCTV cameras all around and guards who patrol day and night.
